This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between client (the user of Bookings-Online.net, hereinafter referred to as "the Site" or "the Website") and us (Bookings-Online.net) and governs your use of the Site. The products listed on the Bookings-Online.net are sold by third party merchants, and Bookings-Online.net does not sell, resell or license any products or services listed on the Site, nor is Bookings-Online.net acting as an agent of sale for such products or services. Bookings-Online.net disclaims any responsibility for, or liability related to, such products and/or services. Any concerns, question, complaints or claims relating to such products and/or services should be directed to the appropriate merchant or services seller.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Bookings-Online.net makes every effort to ensure that information provided on the Site is correct. However, we do not warrant that information including, but not limited to, room rates, hotel descriptions and photographs, hotel amenities, pricing, editorial commentary or any other content of the Site, regardless of its source, is accurate, current, or complete. Bookings-Online.net provides content for informational purposes only and the inclusion of that content does not constitute an endorsement by Bookings-Online.net of any product, merchant, seller or service.

The hotels and other suppliers listed on the Site are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Bookings-Online.net or its affiliates. Bookings-Online.net and it's affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from the use of said suppliers. The Company and its affiliates have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, act of nature, or other cause beyond their direct control and they have no responsibility for any additional expense incurred by users of the Site based on, but not limited to, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

If you are dissatisfied with the Bookings-Online.net website or service or any part of the Bookings-Online.net website or service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website.

By listing any hotel or destination, Bookings-Online.net does not warrant that travel to such destinations is without risk. Bookings-Online.net is not liable for any loss or damage - physical, property, or otherwise - that may arise from travel to any location chosen by accessing this Site.

Bookings-Online.net provides a comparision service and links to websites operated by parties and merchants other than the Company. However, those links are offered for your convenience only, and Bookings-Online.net is not responsible for their content or your use of them. We do not endorse the content of any of the websites listed on Bookings-Online.net, whether with links or without.

3. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Bookings-Online.net, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective suppliers, and any of their owners, officers, directors, managers, members, agents, and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, suits, judgments, litigation costs, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages (actual and consequential), fines, penalties, and attorneys' fees or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature arising from or in any way related to your use of the Bookings-Online.net website, including, but not limited to those brought by you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above, or by third parties as a result of your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Website.

This agreement (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and the Company with respect to the Website. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
